"People don't come like those in John Green's imaginations"
Some of us agree with this. I know it is quite true. Well, what? We are not expecting this kind of things to happen in our life exactly. That would be so not realistic. Yeah like, what? Are you some kind of a ten year old? You watch barbie movies frequently?
And then you grow into a bunch of teens. That is when you will get to be in one of those so called John Green's imagination. Only this time you will realize it once it becomes a memory. Like, when I was in matriculation. I went through my John Green's imagination phase where I got this whole bunch of friends. I love them to bits and they somehow become a part of me and I cannot imagine my life without them.
We were always hanging out together. One of us got transfered out from college and one had to leave. We missed each other. We went out to do things together. We took each other's belongings and kept those items (make them ours). Safe our memories of adventurous nights. Those unforgettable beaches moments. Sang our songs at the college pavilion. Drove miles just to reunite again. Birthdays. Everything.
I sit here typing this and tell myself, "If there's no such thing as those John Green's imaginations, at least I got these whole lot of irreplaceable memory of us".
