Of gelatos and ice creams

Something scares me tonight.

I do not know what it is but I feel really bad about it. I hate it when I am feeling this. I cannot sleep, cannot seem to have the interest in anything and I do not have the appetite to eat. Thus, this cause me to lose weight again. I have just gained some.

You know what differs the ice cream from gelato? There are three things to keep in mind: the fat, air and temperature. Ice creams consist of creams and milk while gelatos are mostly milk. This makes gelatos less fatty compared to ice creams. Moreover, ice creams make up of more egg yolks.

Air: Gelatos are stirred slower compared to ice creams because ice creams must be stirred faster to appear lighter. The textures are different too. Gelatos appear to be more thick, heavy and rich.

Regarding the temperature, after all those facts above, ice creams are easier to melt than gelatos. Want to have a long stroll and slow talks? Choose gelatos. It lasts longer in cones and looks better after minutes.

I know it is mean to compare things but, in order to get the best out of the bests (if there's such word), comparisons must be made and difference should be exposed.

Of Feeling Too Comfortable

Evening, petty people. Hehe 💕 It sure has been awhile since i last post anything. Hm well, I actually got something to tell. I've been feeling good recently - goofy, funny, happy and whatnot.
